 …Martin is a wonderful editor to work with. He uses his full humanity to really feel his way into the film. I felt his generosity in ensuring there was space to find what the story needed narratively, as well as interrogating what the film could really be about. This way, he helped not to "force" a narrative structure but allowed one to emerge more naturally.  I was so grateful for his open-mindedness in collaboration.  He has a honed musicality as an editor and is fun, warm, and inventive as a collaborator.

(Also very good on the technical side which is very helpful.)
